We offer free initial consultations to discuss your piece and your needs. Formal written appraisals for insurance, estate, or donation purposes are quoted separately based on the scope of work. Contact us to schedule a consultation and we'll walk you through the options.

Timelines vary depending on the complexity and condition of the piece. Minor repairs may take 1–2 weeks, while extensive restoration work can take several weeks to a few months. During your initial consultation, we'll provide a realistic timeline based on your specific project.

Yes. We carry comprehensive insurance coverage for all items in our possession during appraisal, restoration, or conservation work. We treat every piece with the utmost care and respect it deserves.

Yes. We have experience with large-scale sculptures and architectural antiques. For oversized pieces, we can arrange specialized transportation and assess the logistics as part of the initial consultation.

Absolutely. With years of training and hands-on experience, we can help identify origins, period, and maker marks on many pieces. For items requiring specialized forensic authentication, we work with a trusted network of subject-matter experts and can coordinate that process for you.

Restoration aims to return a piece to its original appearance or function, often replacing or repairing damaged elements. Conservation focuses on stabilizing and preserving the piece in its current state, preventing further deterioration. We offer both services and will recommend the best approach based on your goals and the piece's condition.

We selectively purchase pieces that align with our expertise and market. We also assist clients with consignment through reputable auction houses and galleries. Reach out with details about your piece, and we'll discuss the best path forward.

We're based in East Liverpool, Ohio, and serve clients throughout the tri-state area including Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. For significant projects, we're happy to discuss arrangements for clients located further away.

Bring any documentation you have — provenance records, previous appraisals, purchase receipts, or family history. For the piece itself, avoid cleaning or polishing it beforehand, as this can sometimes affect value or mask important details. We'll assess it in its current condition.
